On May 17th, Jiangsu Seagull Cooling Tower Co., Ltd. got listed at the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) with the ticker symbol "Seagull Shares" and the stock number 603269. Mayor Ding Chun attended the celebration activity and expressed congratulations.

Shanghai Stock Exchange is the world's 5th largest stock market by market capitalization at US$3.5 trillion as of February 2016, and 2nd largest in Asia.
Jiangsu Seagull Cooling Tower was founded in 1997. It is a global leader and supplier in the cooling technologies market. Seagull’s major clients include world-class end users and engineering companies like Shell, Sinar Mas Group, Exxon Mobil, BASF, Fluor, Technip, Worley Parson, Linde, etc. The products are widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, power and other industrial fields. At present, Seagull has branches in Taiwan and Malaysia.
This time, Seagull Shares commenced 2,287 public offerings at the price of 8.76 yuan/share, raising funds of 200 million yuan for projects like environmental protection cooling towers, technology research and development centers, etc.
