Recently, it was leaned from the city's education work conference that starting from 2016, the municipal finance will allocate 1.5 million yuan annually for five consecutive years to introduce high-level education talents, training programs, scientific research and achievement awards.
Previously, Changzhou has issued the Opinion on the Work of Further Strengthening the Training and Introduction of High-level Education Personnel.
According to the Opinion, Changzhou will focus on implementation of the ‘1661’ project, that is, by the year of 2020, the city will produce and introduce 10 or more innovation project teams in the education area, 60 leading education talents (including 10 or more national and provincial leading talents, and 50 or more municipal leading talents), 60 or more top-notch municipal education management personnel, and 10 or more outstanding talents with a doctorate in education.
In 2016, Changzhou will go great length to train and introduce two or more national and provincial leading education talents, 10 or more municipal leading education talents, 12 or more top-notch municipal management personnel, and two or more outstanding talents with a doctorate in education.
In recent years, Changzhou has made remarkable achievements in infrastructure construction of the education industry.
