Recently, it was learned from the Changzhou Federation of Industry & Commerce that comparing with the former rate of 20%, now 2/3 of the graduates of Changzhou Science & Education Town have chosen to stay in the city for their careers. The main factors include higher work motivation, better city environment and more job opportunities these years.
