Recently, it is learned from Tianning District Government that Jinyuxiang Group has signed an investment framework agreement to build the Guangshen International Financial Tower in the Business District of 120th Meridian East in Changzhou.
The Guangsheng International Financial Tower covers a total area of about 148 mu (approximately 9.8 hectares). Its first-phase project covers about 80 mu (approximately 5.3 hectares) and a gross floor area of 250,000 square meters, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a construction period of three years. The project includes class-5A office building, five-star hotel, affiliating commercial facilities, etc.
After completion of the project, lots of financial companies will be introduced from Shenzhen and other cities to settle in the Tower, which will probably make the Business District of 120th Meridian East one of the most influential world financial centers in the Yangtze River Delta.
