On the afternoon of August 3rd, the Onsite Meeting for Fulfilling Enterprises’ Production Safety Responsibilities & Upgrading the Safety Standards and Quality in Industrial and Trade Sectors of Xinbei District, Changzhou was held in Gates Fluid Power Technologies (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.
More than 120 representatives attended the meeting, including the leaders in charge of the Department of Publicity and United Front Work of Xinbei District Committee of CPC, Xinbei Market Supervision Administration, Xinbei Fire Protection Section and the industrial parks (townships/sub-districts) of Xinbei, as well as the persons in charge of key industrial and trade companies in the district.
Mr. Tong Guangwu, director of the Bureau of Work Safety of Xinbei District, chaired the meeting. Mr. Yan Jun, deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Changzhou National Hi-Tech District, attended the meeting and gave a speech.
The goal of the meeting is to invite other enterprises to learn from our company’s successful practices of safety management and have discussions accordingly, so as to promote the implementation of the requirements of the List of the Responsibilities for Production Safety of Manufacturing and Business Entities in Changzhou, to arrange important tasks like risk identification, management and control of high-risk-related industrial and trade enterprises in the whole district, and to improve the ‘intrinsic safety’ of companies.
