Recently, Changzhou Sanyou Dior Insulation Materials MFG Co., Ltd., located in the West Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park, has got listed on the New Third Board, thus becoming the 16th enterprise in Wujin listed on the New Third Board.
Established in 2003, Changzhou Sanyou Dior Insulation Materials MFG Co., Ltd. is specialized in research, development, production and sales of insulation products, including oven gaskets, rubber seals and thermal protection products of automotive wire harness. The company has developed a long-term relationship with world known customers like General Electric, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Samsung, GM, Delphi, Bosch, etc.
The New Third Board is an important component of China’s multi-tier capital market. It offers a new capital platform tailored for the needs of numerous medium-and-small Chinese enterprises. Right above the New Third Board in the China capital market are the ChiNext in Shenzhen (for enterprises engaged in independent innovation and other growing venture enterprises) and the Main Board (for large-scale SOEs and other big companies, esp. in traditional industrial sectors) in Shanghai.
In 2016, Wujin will focus on enhancing the financial support to guide innovative, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented SMEs to get listed on the New Third Board.
