On July 15th, Jiangsu Huayuan Architecture Design and Research Institute Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Huayuan) got listed on the OCT market, also known as the New Third Board, in Beijing. Zhang Yunyun, vice mayor of Changzhou Municipal People’s Government, attended the listing ceremony.
Founded in 1982, the business scope of Huayuan mainly covers architectural engineering design, surveying and consulting, city planning, and project management contracting. As a private company with strong competitiveness in Changzhou, the company has won numerous awards of design excellence at ministerial, provincial or municipal level. On June 4th, 2014, Huayuan was officially listed on the New Third Board, a national share transfer system for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with its stock short name of Huayuan Stockholding and stock code of 830786.
Up to now, there are a total of 35 listed companies in Changzhou, of which 21 are listed domestically (on Main-Board Market, SME Board, or Growth Enterprises Market) and 14 are listed overseas. Besides, two companies have been listed on the New Third Board, while another seven companies are applying to be listed.
