In recent years, volunteers have become a vital force of Changzhou in the construction of national civilized city.
According to rough statistics, Changzhou currently has more than 510,000 registered volunteers. There are 59 branches of the Voluntary Service Federation of Changzhou, involving 21 certified teams. 50 municipal voluntary service bases and 10 volunteer training bases have been established after official examination and approval.
These volunteers come from all walks of life in the city, each with specific actions to embody the concept of voluntary service, which has become a new normal of Changzhou’s civilization progress.
