On the afternoon of September 15, the first Yangtze River Delta Regional Tourism Collaborative Development Summit was held in Jiangnan Global Harbor, Changzhou. Vice Mayor Fang Guoqiang attended the event.
At the summit, representatives from the tourism industry in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui jointly passed the Changzhou Initiative for the Development of Regional Tourism Cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta, focusing on building a regional tourism linkage network, accelerating product integration and jointly developing new routes, in order to further promote the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta.
On the same day, a number of tourism companies in the Yangtze River Delta signed cooperation agreements on the spot. Experts and scholars attending the conference also exchanged ideas on topics such as the “Integrated Development of Culture, Tourism and Commerce in the Yangtze River Delta.”
