In 2011, the ethnic minorities mainly in rural areas of Jintan, Liyang, Wujin and Xinbei districts adhered to working on projects heading for moderate prosperity and made significant achievements. Up to now, 42 such programs have benefited approximately 500 ethnic minority families. Among the ethnic minority families in rural areas, 90% in Jintan, 92% in Liyang and 100% in Wujin and Xinbei have achieved moderate prosperity.
