Good news is released from the city's low-income housing construction sector that Changzhou Public Housing Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. has become the transferee of four sites, with total price of about RMB 405 million yuan, total area of about 165,700 square meters and total construction area of about 435,200 square meters.
Changzhou Public Housing Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. was established in March 2009, with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion yuan. The company is a state-owned one established by Changzhou Municipal Government, serving as the investment and financing platform of Changzhou's housing security programs.
