On July 7, the Changzhou branch of Jiangsu Province’s Incubation Center for Primary-Level Gastroenterology Divisions was officially inaugurated at Jintan Hospital, a member of the Shanghai First People’s Hospital network. This strategic initiative aims to integrate top-tier academic and expert resources from across the province to enhance early cancer prevention and treatment for digestive diseases in the area. The center also seeks to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of digestive endoscopy at local medical institutions.
Alongside the opening, a list of designated incubation bases in Changzhou was announced. The eight selected medical institutions are: Jintan Third People's Hospital, Xuebu Central Health Center, Xueyan Town Central Health Center, Zhuze Town Central Health Center, Hengshanqiao People's Hospital, Menghe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Zhixi Central Health Center, and Zhiqian Town Health Center.
