On July 25, the functional polyester film project of Jiangsu Yuxing Film Technology Co., Ltd. broke ground in Zhonglou, Changzhou. Cai Jun, deputy secretary of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
As a key enterprise in the Zhonglou, Yuxing Film Technology is a leading manufacturer of functional film for new energy, electronic communication and electrical insulation in China. The company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March 2012.
Its new project has a total investment of 360 million yuan, which is one of the key projects of Changzhou in 2019. With a planned area of 18,092 square meters, the new plant is expected to have an annual output of 20,000 tons of optical polyester film and 25,000 tons of functional film.
The project is scheduled to start trial production in June 2020 and will be officially put into production by the end of the year.
