Recently, two pocket parks officially opened to the public in the central urban area of Wujin district.
The Yongan Community Pocket Park, covering about 9,000 square meters, is located on the periphery of Yongan Huayuan Community.
The Xiaoliu Xinfeng Pocket Park, with a total area of about 54,000 square meters, is seated on the south side of Yanzheng Road.
A pocket park, also known as a mini-park or vest-pocket park, is a small park accessible to the general public. Although they are often too small for many space-intensive physical activities, pocket parks provide communities with greenery, a place to sit and rest, and an ecological foothold for urban wildlife.
