On the morning of March 16, Ms. Fang Ji, chairwoman of the Brazil-China Trade Center, and Mr. Xu Jian, director of the Center’s Office visited Changzhou. Mr. Chen Jianxin, director of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Mr. Tang Jianzhong, deputy director of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, and Mr. Ji Baoxiang, chief of the Division of International Exchange of the Municipal Bureau of Education received the delegation.
Fang introduced the programs of the Brazil-China Trade Center in promoting economic and trade, science and technology and cultural exchanges and cooperation between Brazil and China, particularly the outsourcing program of football coaches and youth football tours.
In 2016, under the cooperation between Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the Brazil-China Trade Center, two Brazilian football coaches came to Changzhou Beijiao High School and Tianjiabing High School for short-term coaching.
Chen thanked Fang for bringing those excellent football coaches to Changzhou, and invited her to visit Changzhou often to promote the exchanges and cooperation between Changzhou and Brazil.
