‘At present, the city's e-commerce industry is in need of high-caliber personnel and has a shortage of skilled employees,’ said Zou Deying, Deputy Secretary of Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce. According to a preliminary investigation, more than 2,100 vacancies are open to people with education background or work experience of network marketing, information technology, management planning, etc. At the same time, the e-commerce sector is facing issues like high staff turnover, inadequate follow-up training, insufficient supply of graduates, etc.
