Changli Expressway has a total length of 38.422 km, setting seven interchanges respectively at Yaotang, Rulin, Changdang Lake, Shanghuang, North Liyang, Liyang Industrial Park, and Qianma. The total investment budget is about 2.814 billion yuan.
By the end of the year, Changli Expressway is expected to complete 50% of earthworks, 85% of substructure, 30% of precast slabs, and a total investment of 750 million yuan. According to the plan, Changli Expressway will be opened to traffic in 2015.
