Recently, Ana Laxamana, marketing manager of Grange Aged Care Residences, visited Changzhou to seek opportunities for cooperation with the city’s aged care institutions and real estate developers.
Du Wenping, deputy director of Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, met with Laxamana. He expressed the hope that Laxamana would have a better understanding of Changhzou’s aged care industry through this visit, so as to actively promote possible cooperation with the Grange. Laxamana said that the Grange attached great importance to business development in China, willing to integrate its own resources of aged care real estate investment agencies, operators and designers in Australia, in order to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with Changzhou.
During her stay in Changhzou, Laxamana visited Changzhou Dingwu Aged Care Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Anxin Yihe International Aged Care Center, and had discussions on operation mode, management system, foreign investment and personnel training. A preliminary intention of cooperation has been reached.
The Grange Pension Services Group is a professional aged care institution in Australia, which offers high-end services in all aspects of aged care. At present, it has invested in projects in Chongqing and Hainan.
