The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment recently released the results of the first group of 10 "Leading Enterprises of Green Development" in the province. Jiangsu Noah's Ark Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. turned out to be the only winner based in Changzhou.
The objective of this evaluation is to promote the green transformation and development of enterprises and to cultivate the prime models of green development. The key selection criteria are their unique experience and specific results in pollution prevention and control and promoting high-quality development.
For many years, Jiangsu Noah's Ark Agricultural Technology has insisted on integrating the concept of green development into the entire process of standardized eco-friendly aquaculture and marketing of hairy crabs to ensure that the water used for aquaculture meets the national second-class water quality standard. By doing so, its "Xinmenghe" brand hairy crabs are of high quality and are exported to countries such as Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
Moreover, the company also helped carry out water quality restoration on the Sancha Lake in Chengdu, the Nanjianghu Reservoir in Ankang, Shaanxi and the Sanliping Reservoir in Shiyan, Hubei.
