On March 30, the 2021 LEF Network to China (Changzhou) Forum & the Opening Ceremony of LEF Network to China Showroom were held at the Sino-Europe (Changzhou) Testing, Inspection and Certification Cooperation Industrial Park (SEICP).
Key leaders attending the event include: Hang Yong, deputy mayor of Changzhou, Pasi Hellman, consul general of Finland in Shanghai, Tea Pirih, economic counselor at Embassy of Estonia in Beijing, and Ilaria Perla, export services coordinator of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
LEF Network to China aims to create an export support network to China. The target industry is wood products with added value. The goal is to develop long-term connections between Central Baltic (CB) region (from Latvia, Estonia and Finland) and China in terms of global trade of wood products.
Later that day, Hang Yong met with the representatives from CB region, extending his best wishes and congratulations to the opening of LEF Network to China Showroom in Tianning district.
