On January 18, the State Environmental Protection Department issued No.2 Notice of 2013 to grant 17 cities (counties, districts) the titles of “National Ecological City (county, district)” after the evaluation, publicity and validation. In Jiangsu province, Wuxi, Changzhou, Suzhou, Liyang, and Pukou District of Nanjing were on the list. This is another award Changzhou achieved in the field of environmental protection and ecological construction.
