Changzhou Airport is going to open the port on September 25th with the inaugural flight to Hong Kong.
The Changzhou - Hong Kong flight MU2929 is operated by China Eastern Jiangsu Airlines, using Airbus A320 with full load capacity of 158 passengers. The one-way full fare is 2,420 yuan (excluding taxes and fuel surcharges); concessionary fare for advance reservation is 980 yuan (excluding taxes and fuel surcharges); and for tickets booking seven days in advance, the fare is 1,280 yuan (excluding taxes and fuel surcharges).
It is reported that the flight is scheduled every Thursday and Sunday.
Changzhou Customs reminds the public that for outbound tourism, passengers carrying cashes of more than 20,000 yuan or foreign currency equivalent to above 5,000 U.S. dollars should truthfully declare to the Customs in advance.
Changzhou Airport is also planning to open flights to South Korea, Southeast Asia and Taiwan in the near future.
