On August 7, the Spring Airlines added the Changzhou - Osaka route. The flight number is 9C6395/6. It is scheduled every Friday, departing from Changzhou at 11:35 a.m. and arriving in Osaka at 14:25 p.m.; departing from Osaka at 15:55 and arriving in Changzhou at 18:50. This is the first international route resumed at Changzhou Airport since the suspension of international flights in April due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
In response to the new operating restrictions to international flights issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), Changzhou Airport efficiently improved the quarantine system in its international zone under the inter-agency task force of Jiangsu province and Changzhou city for epidemic prevention and control, providing a solid foundation for the resumption of international flights. With the continuous advancement of flight recovery, more and more Chinese and foreign airlines will choose to resume or add international routes in Changzhou.
