At the same time, the first English map of Changzhou finally came off the press.
Currently, Changzhou has more than 3,000 foreign people living in the city. Last year, Changzhou received over 70,000 overseas visitors. Therefore, a detailed and clearly marked Chinese-English map of the city may help these foreigners have better lives and more fun during their stay in Changzhou.
After collecting a variety of ideas and suggestions, the Municipal Administration of Land and Resources, together with the Land Surveying Center, the Institute of Surveying and Mapping and the Foreign Affairs Office, firstly produced the Chinese-English Map of Changzhou. Officially priced at RMB 8 yuan, these English maps are now available at Xinhua Bookstore, the newsstands and the Center of Land Surveying.
