On the morning of May 15, the International Seminar on Electric Vehicle and Key Component Testing 2014 was held in Changzhou, as an important part of the Ninth China (Changzhou) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Achievements Exhibition Fair.
This year, Changzhou has been selected as one of the second batch of cities to promote the application of new energy automotive. Party secretary Yan Li said in his speech that the auto parts industry is one of the “10 major industrial chains” of Changzhou, and the city will strive to build it into a pillar industry with overall competitiveness. He called for constructive suggestion and advice from the participating experts on the development of new energy automotive industry, and proposed to make the “1000 Talents Plan” ( Changzhou ) New Energy Automobile Research Institute a technology transfer center for the best combination of intelligence, resources and markets.
More than 300 automotive industry professionals and R&D technicians from home and abroad attended the event and had in-depth discussion on the testing and evaluation techniques in the process of development, production, certification and engineering applications of electric vehicles and their key components.
