Increasing the wage income of urban and rural residents is the important factor to realize the income doubling plan. And the wage collective negotiation system is an effective way and an important carrier to solve this problem. The Municipal Executive Meeting held on March 14 discussed and approved “The Interim Measures for Wage Collective Negotiation of Changzhou Enterprises”, which is to be formally promulgated and implemented soon.
The Interim Measures aim at promoting wage collective negotiation system of various types of enterprises, as well as the signing and implementation of special wage collective contracts. In addition, the measures focus on solving three major issues in wage collective negotiation: what to negotiate, how to negotiate, and how to regulate the negotiation.
